Recno Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms describe the current Recno app and its limitations. Review these terms whenever new cloud, account, analytics, or payment features are added.

App Use

Recno may change, fail, or contain bugs. Do not rely on Recno as your only business record system unless your backup workflow is fully validated.

Documentation Support

Recno helps organize jobsite photos, notes, labor records, and reports. It does not guarantee payment, dispute outcomes, code compliance, legal admissibility, insurance approval, or project acceptance.

You are responsible for checking report accuracy before sharing it with a client, contractor, insurer, attorney, public agency, or other third party.

Your Responsibilities

Only capture and share photos, videos, locations, and worker information when you have the right to do so. Follow jobsite policies, employment rules, privacy laws, contract obligations, and safety requirements.

You are responsible for backing up records that matter. Recno support cannot recover data that was deleted from the device and not backed up.

Subscriptions And Payments

Recno Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. A 14-day introductory free trial is offered only if Apple marks the user eligible.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation or at the end of an eligible trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple manages cancellation and refunds through your App Store account.

Prices may vary by region. The localized App Store price shown at purchase controls if it differs from any price stated in Recno or these terms.

Limitation

Recno is provided as a documentation workflow tool. It should not be represented as legal, insurance, accounting, compliance, or construction-code advice.
